Want to lead where you live? The Chamber’s Leadership Experience is for you! This program accepts professionals from local businesses who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. Join a cohort of up to 30 professionals who are looking to progress in their career.

What participants can expect:

• Network with Peers: This program consists of monthly meetings from September to June, and involves participants from all spheres in the Idaho Falls community. Expand your professional network through this program.
• Leadership Workshops: Each month, business and community leaders share their personal experience with various challenges in the business world. Every month involves a different speaker and leadership style/strategy.
• Get to Know Idaho Falls: Each month, the group will travel to multiple businesses in Idaho Falls, experiencing and learning about the different industries that make up our business community. On-site visits provide the opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes perspectives and insights.
• Service: Every year, each cohort works to research, plan, and execute a community service project for one of the local Idaho Falls organizations
